鑒于美的國際業(yè)務擴張的需求，公司計劃在2024年下半年正式啟動泰國備件倉項目，秉著“公平、公正、開放、透明”的原則引入優(yōu)質(zhì)倉儲合作伙伴，秉持合作共贏的核心理念期待與各方攜手共進，推動項目的高效運行。現(xiàn)由美的國際物流對“（略）年度美的泰國備件倉項目倉儲業(yè)務”進行公開招標，竭誠歡迎泰國符合要求的倉儲服務商參加投標。
InviewofthedemandfortheexpansionofMidea'sinternationalbusiness,thecompanyplanstoofficiallylaunchtheThailandsparepartswarehouseprojectinthesecondhalfof2024.Adheringtotheprinciplesof"fairness,justice,opennessandtransparency",Mideawillintroducehigh-qualitywarehousingpartners,upholdthecoreconceptofwin-wincooperation,andlookforwardtoworkingtogetherwithallpartiestopromotetheefficientoperationoftheproject.MideaInternationalLogisticsisnowpubliclytenderingforthe"（略）MideaThailandSparePartsWarehouseProjectWarehousingBusiness".WesincerelywelcomequalifiedwarehousingserviceprovidersinThailandtoparticipateinthebidding.

二、招標項目
（略）倉庫租賃、倉管、理裝卸項目，包含倉儲租賃、倉庫管理、裝卸工作業(yè)和叉車工出入庫揀貨拉運作業(yè)、貼單掃碼作業(yè)、收貨掃碼上架作業(yè)等。
MideaThailandsparepartsCenterwarehouseleasing,managementandloadingandunloadingprojects,includingwarehouseleasing,warehousemanagement,loadingandunloadingwork,forkliftworkerspickingandtransportinggoodsinandoutofthewarehouse,postingandscanningcodes,receivingandscanningcodesforshelvinginThailand.
三、投標單位：（略）
1、營業(yè)執(zhí)照/公司注冊證書(DBD)和稅務登記證(PP20)。公司成立年限必須滿一年，注冊資金不少于500萬泰銖。須具備1年以上的備件倉儲經(jīng)驗及相關經(jīng)驗的物流企業(yè)，具有獨立承擔民事責任能力，沒有處于被責令停用、財產(chǎn)被接管、凍結、破產(chǎn)狀態(tài)。
Businesslicense/companyregistrationcertificate(DBD)andtaxregistrationcertificate(PP20).Thecompanymusthavebeenestablishedatleastforoneyearandhavearegisteredcapitalofnolessthan5millionThaibaht.Logisticscompaniesmusthaveatleastoneyearofexperienceinsparepartswarehousingandrelevantexperienceandhavetheabilitytoindependentlyassumecivilliability,andnotbeinastateofbeingorderedtosuspendoperations,havingtheirassetstakenover,frozen,orbankrupt.
2、倉庫具備有5000平方的擴展空間，并且是立體倉。

3、所需資質(zhì)證明

①倉庫自有產(chǎn)權證明或租賃合同證明

5、若中標后出現(xiàn)惡意棄標、未按期簽署合同、未按約繳納運作保證金等擾亂本次招標秩序的情況，或在招標過程中有行賄、有圍標、串標、哄抬標價和惡意競標或者其他違規(guī)違法的行為，或簽訂合同后，不能按照合同條款約定履約的情況，我司有權扣除本次投標繳納的保證金，并拉入黑名單，限制招投標；
